Ive been recently working on the blendshapes and i am pretty happy with them. I wanted to do more but something went wrong with the file so ill just need to wait until i find that out. These dont have the displacement maps and normal maps on it hence the dodgy hairline. Please feel free to comment
environment is nearly finished just need to add in a few more tweeks and make sure everything is in place like the floating lamp posts. These dont have any fancy effects over them so looking forward to comping at the end of the film. Adam from 3rd year will be helping with clutter for the rooftops which i am very happy about as this scene is getting a bit sore on the eyes.
As the characters are done its time to finish of the environment. while doing the environment i was fed up of this physical sun and sky gray horizon so i decided to try and make a quick picture for the matt painting behind to give me a clear idea of what i can get away with for textures and how much detail i need to put in. Here are some tests. Comments and criticism is welcome.

Seen as i now know what im doing in mudbox the task of modelling the guard was alot simpler and also as there wasnt much skin on show. The modelling took alot less time as well as i used my initial start of rudy as a guide which helped me sculpt out the guard quite fast and efficient. Anyway here is my final results which i am quite happy with for the amount of time it took. Feel free to leave any comments please
Sorry its been a while and ive been really busy with the model. As from the pictures i uploaded before there were a few problems and i wasnt happy with the final result so i went back and started again.
